Meet Panda!
This sweet girl was surrendered to rescue because she kept sneaking off to work the neighbor’s cattle. The neighbor was not pleased and threatened to shoot her. Her owners were very sad to give her up but were worried about her safety.
Panda previously lived with a large family with several children. She is good with kids, other dogs, cats, and poultry. She is very friendly! During a recent, routine vet visit she charmed the staff and other clients.
Panda knows basic commands like sit and has a decent recall. Because of her history of wandering off to the cattle, a fenced yard is highly recommended. She sleeps quietly in a crate at night.

BRBCR’s approval process includes phone interviews, reference checks, and a home visit prior to meeting a foster dog. Approved applicants must meet at the foster dog’s location. Every adoption begins with a 2-week trial period.
