Meet Paisley!

Paisley is a sweet, energetic 3 year old Border Collie (maybe mix)! She came to us with a broken hip and pregnant! Paisley had 7 puppies and her hip is now healed; her puppies are ready to be adopted! Paisley was spayed during her C-Section when delivering the puppies. Due to her hip injury, she will make a great walking and hiking companion but she is not suited for running and agility. Paisley will do best in a single dog home or possibly with an older, very calm dog with a slow and steady introduction as she can be dog reactive. She is not cat friendly. Paisley is very friendly with people and loves to meet everyone! She is very affectionate and loves belly rubs. She is learning her manners and will do best with a home that is familiar with dogs that need firm and steady training and need lots of love. She is not very food motivated but is very eager to please.

BRBCR’s approval process includes phone interviews, reference checks, and a home visit prior to meeting a foster dog. Approved applicants must meet at the foster dog’s location. Every adoption begins with a 2-week trial period.

Paisley’s adoption fee is $350.
