Meet Triton!
Triton (Tri) is a true gem with a big heart and a bright mind! He’s the kind of dog who will happily greet you with a wagging nub and an enthusiastic nuzzle, always ready to make you smile. This affectionate pup thrives on companionship — whether it’s joining you for play in the yard, watching TV by your side, or simply resting his head in your lap for some well-earned pets.
Tri is playful but polite, knowing when it’s time to zoom around and when to settle down. He loves a good game of chase, but he’s just as content lounging in the shade or curling up with his favorite chew toy. As an intelligent and eager learner, Tri enjoys puzzle toys and thrives when given challenges, making him a joy to train. He’s naturally observant and loyal, forming strong bonds with his humans and always aiming to please.
Tri does well with other dogs, adapting to their energy levels with ease, and he has a gentle, patient demeanor with kids. He can be a little shy with new people at first, but once he warms up, he’s the most devoted and loving companion you could ask for. If you’re looking for a sweet-natured, balanced, and bright furry friend, Tri is more than ready to become part of your family.
He rides well in the car, crates with ease, and is house trained. He does bark at delivery trucks (normal for an Aussie), and he could benefit from a basic obedience class. Tri’s ideal family would have herding dog knowledge and plan to engage him in a dog sport (Agility, Fast CAT, etc.). Children should be over 12 yrs. of age.
Could Tri be your perfect match?
