Brock was picked up as a stray so we know nothing about his past. He's been very friendly with everyone he has met so appears to be socialized with people. His attitude is very cheerful but not pushy, he approaches people politely to be patted and shows no tendency to jump. He probably would be fine with older children but because of his age might be a bit too pushy for younger kids. He shows little interest in the cats so apparently is used to them also.
Brock is best buddies with another male foster dog and they play very well together. However, he has been a bit of a bully with new dogs when he thinks he can get away with it. He would do best with a female dog his own size or bigger as a companion.
It is very obvious that Brock has never been a house dog and that no one has ever attempted to teach him any basic obedience. In his foster home he is learning about crate training, housebreaking, leash walking and other manners. He has been very cooperative but will need a home where this training can continue. Patience and consistency will be important to help him adjust to a new environment.
